In June 2008, Labrador Rewinding expanded their business with the opening of a branch in Sept-Îles, under the company name of LRI Division Sept-Îles, always with the aim of providing quality service.

LRI Division offers:

• Complete maintenance and refurbishing of electric motors from 1000 HP, 600/4160 volts and less etc.
• Complete maintenance and refurbishing of DC motors, generators and traction motors from D77 - D78, 761 and others.
• Rewinding of armatures and rotors of all kinds.
• Refurbishing of blowers and fans.
• External service, on-site inspections and testing of electrical motors and electromechanical components.
• Services and Sales of new motors : Teco-Westinghouse, WEG, US Motors, Emerson, Leroy Somer, Leeson and Siemens.
